Your responsibilities

• Co-define and co-drive our Master Data Governance roadmap to ensure master data quality across the organization
• Understand our business strategy and business objectives and design data governance frameworks that support these objectives
• Define requirements for the supporting data and technology that support our Data Governance principles
• Guide our business in taking ownership of the quality of its data by defining roles and responsibilities and supporting data stewards in embracing their role
• Define data quality standards and implement data quality steering solutions to increase the trustworthiness of our data
• Support the implementation of SAP S4/Hana in the Master Data Management context
• Drive compliance initiatives for relevant legal regulatory requirements (CSRD reporting, Digital Product Passport)
• Be an ambassador and lead the cultural change in the organization's awareness of the importance of robust data management

What you bring

• You have hands-on experience carrying out complex data governance and data management initiatives to increase data trustworthiness
• You have a solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset, and enjoy finding solutions with others
• You have a bachelor or master's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Management, Data, Computer Science or other relevant domains
• You are at ease collaborating with both business and technical peers and can tailor your language to different audiences
• You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders and work with cross-functional teams
• You have advanced analytical skills, are proficient in SQL and ideally possess knowledge in data modeling
• An experience in the fashion industry, supply chain, or omni-channel operations is a strong plus
