Our partner, a well-known German retailer, is seeking a Data Governance & KPI Reporting Consultant (m/f/d). This is a full-time position in the Düsseldorf metropolitan area, Germany (hybrid work environment).
Relocation from abroad is possible. We will take care of your visa application and relocation to Germany. Your family members (spouse, children under 18 years old) will get a visa as well.

Your Tasks
Participate in the ATLAS harmonization project to standardize KPIs and centralize reports across departments and countries.
Develop company-wide KPI and reporting governance, defining processes and responsibilities for international and national KPIs.
Implement processes across the company and develop a documentation concept for KPIs and reports in Collibra, ensuring data quality.
Introduce a monitoring concept to measure KPI centralization and the use of international reports.
Advise and train departments on KPIs, reports, data catalogs, and best practices for data quality.
Must-Have Skills
Collibra: Hands-on experience with KPI/report documentation and data governance in Collibra.
Data Governance: Strong understanding of processes, roles, and data quality principles.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to work with complex data structures and define clear reporting standards.
Project Experience: Background in managing or contributing to cross-functional data or reporting projects.
Communication: Able to explain complex data topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Fluent English
Nice-to-Have Skills
Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
