About the Data Solution Team: As a Data Engineer, you will join our Data Solution Team, which drives data-driven innovation. The team supports our business processes and customer experiences through effective data utilization. Key focus areas include:

• Developing integrations between systems
• Enhancing customer experience with statistical and machine learning models

Our tech stack includes:

• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (S3, EKS, Quicksight, monitoring tools)
• Data Engineering & Analytics: Apache Spark (Scala and PySpark on Databricks), Apache Kafka
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform
• Integration Tools & APIs: Segment.io, Blueshift, Zendesk, Google Maps API, and others

Responsibilities include:

• Designing, building, and managing near-time and batch data workflows
• Developing low-latency data pipelines
• Maintaining high data quality and GDPR compliance
• Analyzing customer data to extract insights
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver features

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Data Engineer with expertise in Apache Spark (Python and Scala)
• 3+ years with Apache Kafka
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with Terraform
• Agile work environment adaptability
• Excellent problem-solving and self-learning skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks
• Knowledge of document databases like Amazon DocumentDB
• Experience handling high-risk data
• Familiarity with BI tools such as AWS Quicksight or Redash
• Background in B2C software companies, especially in FinTech
