Qualifikationen

• Bau von PySpark-Datenpipelines zur Aufbereitung von Rohdaten.
• Implementierung von Datenabruf über APIs und Web Scraping.

The DeepImmo Data & Analytics team contributes the quantitative edge to our product by building the data groundwork and bringing the data alive. We integrate a wide range of data sources and develop machine learning models and analytical prototypes for implementation in our Real Estate OS. Your role will focus on building the core data landscape.

Your Role

• Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide high-value data for our customers, which will be a core part of our customer-facing Real Estate OS.
• Build PySpark data pipelines in Databricks to transform raw data into well-modeled, quality-assured data that enables insights.
• Implement data retrieval through APIs and Web Scraping from various sources related to location, market, and real estate prices to expand our data resources.
• Monitor and improve data pipelines, intervene when issues arise, and participate in decisions shaping our infrastructure stack.

Your Profile

• Strong self-organization skills and ownership of your work.
• Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in the data domain.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience with Databricks or willingness to learn.
• Optional: Know-how in TypeScript & NodeJS.
• Experience in real estate industry is a plus, with a strong willingness to learn about real estate data.
• Fluency in English is required; German skills are beneficial.
