Your Role

1. You are responsible for the data-based modeling and analysis of the business processes of the DoehlerGroup.
2. You identify improvement potentials in the process flows and drive the digitisation and automation of the business processes further.
3. You use process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) to build up and implement analyses for process improvement.
4. You succeed in generating key knowledge by systematically building up and evaluating data-driven analyses.
5. You drive forward the realisation of process improvements and contribute to development requirements and technical implementation.
6. You actively accompany the implementation of the improvement processes you have initiated and provide trainings.
7. You actively work on deriving insights from large raw data sets with mathematical data queries that help the business to generate a value proposition.

Your Profile

1. You have a strong economic and technical understanding and have already been able to apply this successfully in a similar role.
2. You have successfully completed your studies in (Business) Computer Science, Engineering, (Business) Mathematics, Business Informatics, or similar.
3. You have strong IT affinity and (first) knowledge in programming and database handling (SQL).
4. First experiences with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis) or Data Processing are beneficial.
5. Ideally, you have gained first experience in project and process management in an industrial company.
6. You are characterized by your analytical approach as well as a high creative will and your implementation competence.
7. Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
