Zusammenfassung

ATC Computer Transport & Logistics GmbH, part of the Arvato Group, seeks Data Centre Installers for Berlin, delivering and installing server racks in data centres, ensuring safety and customer service are priorities.

You will unload, unpack, and position IT hardware, follow client procedures, communicate with teams, and complete daily reports to keep projects on track. English (C1) and German (B2) are required, and a valid Class B licence is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with high levels of attention to detail.
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving costumer requirements
• Valid class B driving licence with a good driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Email

• Language proficiency: C1 level in English and B2 level in German

Aufgaben

• Hardware Setup: Unloading, unpacking with power tools and positioning customers’ IT hardware (server racks). Cabling server racks by patching and dressing fibre and copper cables.
• Procedure Compliance: Following clients’ procedures and requirements, including health and safety, and security.
• Communication: Communicating with costumers, colleagues, managers, planners, team leaders and supervisors, in a consistent, timely, and efficient manner.
• Daily Reporting: Completing daily checklists and providing reports on daily activities or tasks.

Data Centre Installers (DCIs) provide an essential service to our clients across Europe. They work inside our clients’ data centres delivering, positioning, and installing server racks to build their cloud infrastructure.
