Job Description

As part of the Arvato Group, we are seeking new team members for ATC Computer Transport & Logistics GmbH, Hessenring 15L in 64546 Mörfelden-Walldorf. ATC is a global logistics, white‑glove, and technical services specialist for data centres. For over 45 years, we've helped deliver Europe's data centres safely, securely, and right the first time. Data Centre Installers (DCIs)

DCIs provide an essential service to our clients across Europe. They work inside our clients’ data centres delivering, positioning, and installing server racks to build their cloud infrastructure. Safety, security and customer service are the priorities for all ATC employees.

Your Responsibilities

• Hardware Setup: Unloading, unpacking with power tools and positioning customers’ IT hardware (server racks). Cabling server racks by patching and dressing fibre and copper cables.
• Procedure Compliance: Following clients’ procedures and requirements, including health and safety, and security.
• Communication: Communicating with customers, colleagues, managers, planners, team leaders and supervisors, in a consistent, timely, and efficient manner.
• Daily Reporting: Completing daily checklists and providing reports on daily activities or tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with high levels of attention to detail
• Basic experience with hand and power tools
• Adaptability and responsiveness to evolving customer requirements
• Valid class B driving licence with a good driving record
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Email
• Professional communications skills with clients, colleagues and vendors
• Language proficiency: C1 level in English and B2 level in German
