HGV Driver (Local) will be part of our Transport Operations team, responsible for ensuring safe and timely collection and delivery. This role involves working closely with the Transport Operations team, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring all driving and transport activities meet company and regulatory standards. YourResponsibilities:

• Product Delivery: Collect and deliver products in line with agreed schedules. Follow route and time schedules as defined, and to notify any changes immediately.
• Vehicle Handling: To load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate the delivery vehicle and to notify any issues immediately.
• Documentation Compliance: All digital and manual documentation must be properly completed, continuously updated, appropriately shared, and carried out in compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Customer Service: Ensure levels of customer service are always maintained.

Qualifications

• Full clean articulated driving licence and up to date CPC card and refresher training
• Experience with the digital tachograph card
• Experience in the logistics industry, including white glove services
• Ability to be flexible in respect of work standards and demands
• Language proficiency: B2 level in English and German
