Job summary

Arvato sucht am Standort Mörfelden-Walldorf einen Data Center Associate (m/w/x). Sie übernehmen Aufgaben in Material- und Bestandsmanagement, Logistik und technischer Unterstützung im Rechenzentrum. Die Position ist zunächst auf ein Jahr befristet mit langfristiger Perspektive.

Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich im Team, nutzen einfache IT-Systeme, erledigen Lager- und Dokumentationsaufgaben und erhalten eine strukturierte Einarbeitung, um sich schnell in Prozesse einzufinden.

Qualifications

• Erste Erfahrungen in Logistik, Lagerbetrieb oder technischen Umgebungen.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Hand- und Elektrowerkzeugen.
• Grundkenntnisse in IT-Systemen und Dokumentation.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse für internationale Zusammenarbeit.
• Gültige Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B und Bereitschaft zu physischen Aufgaben.

Responsibilities

• Warenannahme, Prüfung, Organisation von Materialien und Dokumentation.
• Logistik, Verpackung und Versand gemäß internen Vorgaben.
• Unterstützung bei der Installation von Serverracks und Hardware.
• Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards im Arbeitsumfeld sicherstellen.
• Bewegen von Technik, Bestandsprüfungen und Systemaktualisierungen.

Join us at our site in Mörfelden‑Walldorf as a Data Center Associate (m/f/x) – initially limited to 1 year with a long‑term perspective. Are you on it?

• Material & Inventory Management: Receive, check, and organize incoming materials while ensuring accurate stock levels and proper documentation within internal systems.
• Logistics & Shipping Processes: Prepare, pack, and dispatch equipment in line with internal procedures, ensuring quality, completeness, and traceability at all times.
• Technical Support in the Data Center: Assist with the installation of server racks, hardware components, and basic cabling activities following layouts and work instructions precisely.
• Operational Excellence & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment by adhering to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Equipment Handling & Movement: Safely move, position, and handle technical equipment within the data center while supporting stock checks and system updates.

Qualifikationen

• Technical & Operational Experience: Ideally, you have initial experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or technical environments and are confident using hand and power tools.
• IT & System Skills: You are comfortable working with basic IT systems, inventory tools, and digital documentation, showing a structured and detail‑oriented approach.
• Language Skills: You have very good English skills to communicate effectively in an international environment.
• Mobility & Physical Readiness: A valid Class B driving license and willingness to carry out physical tasks in a safe and responsible manner are required.
• Personal Strengths: You are reliable, team‑oriented, and solution‑driven, with a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
