About the Role

Eurex Clearing faces various types of risk and has comprehensive risk management policies and services to promote integrity, transparency, efficiency, and safety in financial markets. The CCP risk management department defines these policies and operates related procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
• Oversee the implementation of data and analytics solutions, ensuring best practices and data governance standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the risk department to address data challenges
• Engage with clients and teams to align solutions with business needs and shape project scope
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and report on milestones and KPIs
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
• Establish operational models for data product implementation leveraging new technologies

Your Profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field such as Project Management, Economics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Proven experience (5+ years) managing data and analytics projects successfully
• Knowledge of financial instruments, valuation, and market risk management methods
• Familiarity with CCP business model is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in data and analytics tech stack (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Git, Hadoop, Databricks, Spark, Scala, Data Governance tools)
• High motivation, hands-on attitude, and responsibility willingness
