iO Associates are currently partnered with a German Healthcare provider based in Potsdam who're seeking a Data Analytics Manager.

Responsibilities :

Oversee the development and mentorship for an existing team of 5 data analysts

Manage stakeholders effectively, tailoring your communication, understanding pain points and requirement gathering through an exploratory business phase (dynamic strategic changes are occurring, you'll need to be comfortable in juggling multiple exploratory business cases)

You'll be responsible for the technical assessment of new data architectures whist juggling the maintenance of pipeline design. You'll continue to develop your experience with ETL / ELT pipelines.

Data QA will form part of your wider responsibilities along with the design of dashboards and associated deep-dive, critical analysis for improved business decisions. Exposure t

Requirements :

• Suitable for a newly fledged Data Manager (with team management experience) or a Senior Data Analyst (2-3+ yrs experience) with appetite to take their career to the next level. Proven experience via degree and / or hands on industry experience.
• Must bring intermediate Python skills to the table, at a minimum.
• Tableau and Power BI for data visualisation
• Extremely good communicator
• Snowflake experience is a bonus coupled with ML skills, and hands-on data pipeline experience
