What you will do

You will work with the Customer Success and Product Development teams to integrate customer data into our SaaS product, IQA. As a Data Analytics Engineer, your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, understanding, and preprocessing manufacturing process data from customers
• Developing scalable data processing functions and workflows for customer onboarding
• Analyzing customer usage data to understand interactions with our software
• Interacting with customers to gather data, understand requirements, and plan for continuous data ingestion
• Simulating manufacturing process data for customer demos

What we expect from you

• Proficiency in Python, including scientific computing and analysis packages (e.g., pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with data analysis, processing, transformation, databases, and data pipelines (knowledge of ERP systems or IIoT platforms is a plus)
• Enthusiasm for driving the transformation towards sustainable manufacturing with our digital solution IQA
• High organizational skills and ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields
• Excellent language skills in English and German (C1 level)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a bonus
• If working remotely, residence within Germany and willingness to travel to Cologne occasionally for workshops or team events
