ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you hungry to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment? If so, then EPAM is looking for a Senior Data Analytics Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Data and Analytics Practice in Germany. This position is a part of the Global Consumer Data and Analytics Consulting team including experts from many different sectors. The position requires a strong Data & Analytics consulting background with the ability to assist clients in defining their overall technology strategy and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in shaping enterprise-wide, transformational Data & Analytics solutions
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Retail/CPG clients at senior levels, as well as external and internal partners, to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
• Act as industry expert on Retail/CPG topics both internally within EPAM and externally with clients
• Contribute to building EPAM's overall Data & Analytics offering and go-to-market strategy, ensuring it addresses Retail/CPG clients' key strategic challenges
• Collaborate with local and global data practices to advise clients on Data & Analytics strategies and implementations
• Understand the intersection between technology, customers, and business
• Work closely with project and program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
• Lead research, strategy creation, and sponsor development of new Data & Analytics products or services to expand markets, monetize data, and grow revenue
• Drive revenue within the client portfolio by identifying opportunities and influencing/selling EPAM services

Requirements

• Visionary in Retail and/or CPG industry with a passion for technology
• Extensive experience in Data & Analytics
• Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
• Skill in connecting business challenges with analytics and technological solutions
• Strategic yet detail-oriented approach to add value for clients and support teams
• Experience working with delivery teams
• Confident in expressing viewpoints, making recommendations, and presenting analyses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Native/fluent German language skills
