Your Tasks
- Act together with the leadership team as the customer's ambassador to make WoW moments tangible for our customers.
- Focus on customer care, working as a contact center and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensure data availability, quality, and reliability; provide feedback to data providers.
- Gather and analyze data using advanced statistical models.
- Generate standard and ad hoc report templates, dashboards, insights, scorecards, and metrics that drive change in the business, tailored in level of detail for the appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate findings to internal stakeholders through discussions, presentations, recommendations, and meaningful insights gained through data analysis to develop operational plans and actions.
Your Profile
- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent, with ideally practical experience in CX Contact Centre / Customer Care.
- Several years of analytical or similar business experience required.
- A passion for data and customer insights.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and inquisitive.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in PowerPoint.
- Proven skills in interface management and effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Experience in an international role is a plus.
- Language skills: English (business fluent, mandatory) and German (advantage).
- The position is limited to one year.
