Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Create reports for management using PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint related to customer marketing (control centre app & web).
• Improve reporting functions to collect data across online sales channels and optimize X-Sell campaigns and sales platforms.

Requirements:

• Experience creating reports on traffic, time spent, and conversion across sales channels.
• Proficiency in PowerBI and SQL queries, including resolving existing queries.
• Experience working for a telecom operator in Germany is highly advantageous.
• Fluent German language skills.
• Hold a German or EU passport and be registered as a freelancer within the German tax system.

Note: Experience at a telecommunications provider in Germany is a significant advantage. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Karlsruhe, Germany.
