Your tasks
- Act as the link between our business units and IT
- Quickly understand complex business processes and data models, identifying the relationships and dependencies between different data sets
- Derive requirements from stakeholders and develop solution approaches
- Collaborate with technical Data Engineers to design and implement solutions meeting business objectives
- Utilize strong analytical skills and a detective-like sense for data analysis to uncover insights
- Have a good understanding of financial and commercial metrics for effective analysis and reporting
- Develop and model data structures to support business needs
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover insights (nice to have)
Your profile
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Data Analysis or a comparable qualification
- Completed degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel functions (nice to have)
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills with critical thinking abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex data environments
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration between business units and technical teams
- Detail-oriented work style and a methodical approach to problem-solving
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data transformation
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts, particularly in the context of financial and commercial metrics
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate (nice to have)
