Your profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, and BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling, transformation (dbt), and cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills for complex querying, transformation, and optimization.
• Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools for reporting and dashboarding.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, relational/non-relational databases, and ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to translate business needs into data insights and reporting solutions.
• Clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

About Us

Your Mission

Turn complex data into clear insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. Build dashboards, analyze trends, and ensure data accuracy to empower teams and improve performance.

Your Tasks

• Collect requirements, design and maintain real-time dashboards to track key business KPIs.
• Perform ad hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Work with stakeholders to define and refine regular reporting requirements (for insurers, brokers, investors, etc.).
• Analyze broker/client behavior, transactions, and operational processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Product, Sales, Underwriting and Cyber Security teams to provide data-driven insights that enhance our offerings (pricing models, risk assessment, customer/ broker segmentations, user journeys, etc.).
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across different sources.
• Collaborate with the tech team to improve data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
