Responsibilities include:
- Data-driven analysis in our CDP team with a focus on:
- Development and optimization of user profiling
- Modeling of audience scoring
- Evaluation of zero-party data and behavioral data
- Analysis of demographic prediction models
- Analytical core tasks:
- Perform complex data analysis to identify user behavior and trends
- Development of data-based decision-making principles for business and editorial teams
- Optimization of customer journeys based on business cases
- Advising specialist departments on the use of audience data
- Development of recommendations for action
- Presentation of analysis results

What you bring:
- A passion for data integrity and complex problem-solving to find pragmatic solutions.
- Completed studies in business informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, or an equivalent degree with a strong interest in computer science.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence, ideally in audience development or CRM.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to quickly understand complex situations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Preset.io).
- Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
