Tasks
As a DATA ANALYST, I am a key player in delivering real impact in digitizing the travel experience of numerous clients of the Lufthansa Group.
- I am responsible for designing and developing data collection architecture, reports and analyses for different teams
- I am juggling all kinds of data, collect and analyze them. I seek for patterns and trends to drive the digital acceleration as future customer experience
- I utilize data and business intelligence technologies to shape key business decisions
- I make my analysis results accessible by providing dashboards and reports
- I closely align with business and management teams to assess business needs
- I collaborate with the Digital Hangar product teams to identify possibilities for improvement regarding their digital products
- I am troubleshooting upcoming problems regarding data pipelines, databases / reports
- I can negotiate / discuss my findings with different management partners

Requirements
- I have at least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst
- Knowledge of front-end web and mobile technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SDKs)
- Experience in digital data collection, Firebase and/or tag management systems
- Experience in digital analytical tools (e.g,Google Analytics)
- Experience with AB testing, personalization, customer data platforms, data activation is a plus
- Experience in working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of software-development processes, dependencies and digital products as well as methodologies and frameworks like Scrum / Kanban
- Knowledge of databases (e.g, SQL, NoSQL), reporting tools (Tableau) cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure)
- Knowledge of script languages (Python, R, Scala e.g, with Apache Spark)
- Good command of English language
