We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our collaborative and forward-thinking engineering team. You’ll work closely with software engineers and data scientists to build scalable systems and deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide our customers with data-driven insights.
• Optimization: Analyze complex data structures and derive recommendations for action to optimize workforce planning.
• Development: Participate in the development and implementation of data models that improve our processes.
• Ad-hoc Analyses: Support decision-making processes by performing specific data analyses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to identify data needs and develop innovative solutions.

Your Profile:

• Academic Background: Completed studies in Business Informatics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar field.
• Practical Experience: Initial knowledge in data analysis, preferably with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Excel Expertise: Very good knowledge of Excel, complemented by SQL knowledge; Python or R are a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working.
