Tasks
- Maintenance of sensor calibration data in an EDP system to ensure precise measurement value assignment
- Creation of configuration files for data buses and sensor systems in coordination with flight test measurement technology
- Integration of external data sources (e.g., DGPS, weather data) into flight test data, considering recording modalities. Conversion of raw data into analyzable formats with a reduced number of parameters for analysis purposes
- Conversion of raw data into evaluable formats with a reduced number of parameters for analysis purposes
- Management, provision, and structured archiving of all recorded and processed test data
- Processing of video recordings according to technical and analytical specifications
- Support of flight test analysis through standardized data output and documentation
- Ensuring data quality and compatibility with cross-departmental evaluation systems
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT systems administrator, technical specialist, or comparable qualification in aerospace or IT/data processing with specialized additional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in engineering and measurement technology
- Knowledge of flight test-relevant software and data formats
- Experience in technical data management and structured archiving of flight-relevant information
- Knowledge of flight test and measurement technology, as well as practical experience with avionics, measurement technology, or data processing, is desirable
- Sound IT user knowledge and detailed handling of MS Office
- Business fluent German (min. C1) and proficient English (min. B2)
