Danish Speaking - Customer Service Agent (Fintech/banking) Remote in Bulgaria

This role is a Danish-speaking bank customer service position with responsibilities including engaging with customers in Danish and English, supporting banking product activities, and sales-oriented customer interactions. Base pay range is provided by Next Job Abroad; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

Base pay range

BGN38,000.00/yr - BGN40,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in Danish and English regarding their banking needs and inquiries
• Utilize sales expertise to identify opportunities for upselling banking products and services
• Support customers in navigating account setups, product applications, and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and targets
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Stay updated on banking policies and market trends to provide informed assistance

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a banking or sales capacity, is required
• Demonstrated sales skills with a history of achieving sales objectives
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Capacity to work under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and integrate into a new working environment
