In this capacity, the selected individual will manage customer inquiries and assist them with a variety of banking services while effectively promoting our financial products. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking services and products in both Danish and English
• Utilize sales skills to accurately assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions
• Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general banking inquiries
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established company sales objectives
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolutions to uphold customer satisfaction
• Document all customer interactions and transactions with precision in our database

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• A minimum of one year experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the banking or sales sector
• Demonstrated success in sales with a proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities
• Familiarity with banking software and customer relationship management systems is preferred
