Broadpin in Germany invites you to start a 3-year dual commercial apprenticeship. From day one you'll participate in real projects and learn across finance, controlling, project management, HR, purchasing, and marketing and sales.

You should bring a good Abitur or equivalent, interest in business and digital transformation, basic MS Office skills, and fluent German with English communication. You'll gain mentoring, frequent team events, and a subsidy for lunch.

Qualifications

• A good Abitur (university entrance qualification) or Fachhochschulreife or MIT-level equivalent.
• Interest in business & digital transformation; numbers and processes excite you.
• Tech skills: Some initial experience with Microsoft Office is a nice-to-have.
• Language skills: Fluent German and ability to communicate in English.
• Team-oriented mindset with initiative, reliability and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

What you should bring::

• School qualification: A good Abitur (university entrance qualification), Fachhochschulreife, or a very good Mittlere Reife. Some initial experience from an unfinished degree program is also a plus!
• Interest in business & digital transformation - numbers, processes, and modern tools excite you.
• Tech skills: Some initial experience with Microsoft Office is a nice-to-have.
• Language skills: You speak fluent German and can communicate in English.
• Personality: A team-oriented mindset, initiative, reliability, and a positive attitude.
