Role Overview

As a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Your expertise will help streamline their operations and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• System Configuration : Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to address specific business needs, tailoring modules as necessary.
• Process Optimization : Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• User Training & Support : Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users on system functionalities, ensuring proper usage across the organisation.
• Data Migration : Oversee the migration of data to Business Central, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the process.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans to ensure the system meets client expectations and functions seamlessly.
• Ongoing Support : Provide continuous support post-implementation, troubleshooting issues, and offering enhancements to optimize system performance.#

Candidate Profile

• Experience : At least 3 years of proven experience as a functional consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Technical Proficiency : In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Management.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Adaptability : Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to Travel : Ready to travel to client sites across Europe as and when required.
