For our business unit Eco Heating System within our R&D Center we are looking for a Cycle Engineer (m/f/d) HVAC, Air to Water Heat Pump. Location: Stuttgart

Role and Responsibilities

  • EU HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump System development and standard post-inspection task follow up of mass Production Model
  • Development and follow up of local (Europe) production model of Heat pumps
  • Market status and competitor BM analysis
  • Certification task follow up (Ex: Keymark, MCS, Eurovent, NFPAC)
  • Check and inform the solution for the control Logic and the VOC of Air to HVAC or Air to Water H/P in the market
  • Searching the patent and technical trend of manufacturer of Air to Water Heat Pumps
  • Development of eco-friendly (GWP < 150) refrigerant application product

Skills and Qualifications

  • Majors in refrigeration engineering and air conditioning
  • Preferably 5+ years experience in HVAC or Heat pump R&D
  • Extensive experience and understanding of refrigeration cycle
  • Experienced in HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pump system development
  • Experienced in certification of HVAC or Air to Water Heat Pumps (Keymark, MCS, Eurovent, NFPAC)
  • Experience in system design of low GWP refrigerant (R290, R32)
  • Enables system air conditioner cycle control specifications and system parts design and selection capabilities.
  • Experience in testing and expertise related to refrigerant cycle
  • Fluency in English is a must, German language skills a plus
