As part of the Group Chief Information Security Office, the department "Cyber Security Strategy & Portfolio Management" is responsible for the development and implementation of global cyber security strategies to protect the DHL Group from cyber threats. It collaborates closely with internal departments, divisional business and IT functions, and service providers within overarching initiatives and programs. Cyber Security Program Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

1. Develop, implement, and maintain the cybersecurity strategy and roadmaps for the organization.
2. Manage portfolios for key cybersecurity topics such as Asset and Patch Management, Information Security, Identity and Access Management, Cloud Security, etc.
3. Oversee strategic resilience and crisis portfolio management, ensuring continuous development.
4. Initiate and manage cybersecurity programs derived from the roadmaps.
5. Assist in assessing and enhancing cybersecurity capabilities across the organization.
6. Establish organization-wide analytics capabilities in cybersecurity.
7. Monitor and measure costs, schedules, and performance of cybersecurity initiatives.

Your Profile

1. Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Significant experience in IT portfolio management in a cross-functional environment or leading cross-functional IT projects with stakeholders at various levels.
3. Experience in strategy development or consulting in a related field.
4. Good knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are desirable.
5. Strong analytical, conceptual, and solution-oriented skills with a focus on quality.
6. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across all levels.
7. Proficiency in English; German skills are a plus.
8. Flexibility for up to 3 days/week of remote work and flexible hours without core hours.
