Responsibilities

1. You identify and plan the necessary Product Cyber Security activities within the development project from acquisition to SOP to comply with ISO/SAE 21434.
2. You analyze the product scope regarding Product Cyber Security risks (TaRa) considering known vulnerabilities and weaknesses.
3. Based on the analysis results and in consultation with the customer and their requirements, you derive a holistic Product Cyber Security Concept for the product design and the production process.
4. You support the development team in the selection of security-appropriate technologies and cryptographic procedures for the implementation of the product cyber security concept in the product design and in the production process.
5. In addition, you support the definition of the necessary verification methods, such as fuzzing, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing.
6. Based on the performed product cyber security activities you prove the compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 within a security case.
7. In cooperation with the development team, you prepare the necessary product cyber security assessments according to ISO/SAE 21434.
8. You provide feedback for the improvement of our Product Cyber Security processes.

Profile

1. Degree in the field of computer science, IT security, engineering computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable.
2. Ideally first professional experience in the automotive industry.
3. Experience in meeting security standards such as ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R-155, IEC 62443, ISO 2700x, etc. in automotive product development.
4. Know-how about cryptography and signature methods, hardware security modules, security incident response, digital certificates and security analysis.
5. High problem-solving competence as well as very good analytical and conceptual skills.
6. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
7. Very good English skills (written and spoken).
8. Enthusiasm for the topics of e-mobility, autonomous driving and connected cars.
