Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent STEM subjects
• Experience: Minimum of two years in a cybersecurity role
• Ability to communicate complex security threats to diverse audiences, verbally and in writing, in an easily-understood and actionable manner
• Broad and deep understanding of cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and remediation strategies following established frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST CSF, BSI rundschutz, OWASP ASVS, MITRE ATT&CK, and D3FEND
• Confirmed experience in cybersecurity consulting and tabletop exercises
• Basic programming skills in Python
• Language skills: Proficiency in German and English

Your Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of clients' cyber risk profiles and assess their information security maturity, delivering recommendations through compelling presentations.
• Innovate and contribute to Baobab's unique cybersecurity products such as vulnerability scanning, phishing exercises, and tabletop exercises.
• Learn cyberinsurance insurability requirements and support the account management team as a security subject matter expert.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in the current cyber threat landscape and latest risk mitigation measures.
