Job Description:

Cambridge International Systems, Inc. has a full-time Cyber Security Analyst position based in Germany. Qualified candidates must possess a current DoD TS/SCI security clearance, be eligible for NATO Indoctrination, and meet TESA accreditation requirements. TESA Certification offers tax exemptions for Germany and the US, along with other benefits.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to protect USEUCOM systems.
  2. Develop and coordinate policies for intrusion detection/prevention systems at host and perimeter levels.
  3. Monitor security events, assess threats, and identify vulnerabilities.
  4. Collaborate with teams to address vulnerabilities and implement solutions.
  5. Manage cybersecurity tools such as ESS/HBSS, ACAS, Carbon Black, and Splunk.
  6. Perform threat analysis, risk assessment, and coordinate resolutions.
  7. Conduct security monitoring and audits to ensure compliance with DoD standards.
  8. Provide technical guidance throughout the information system lifecycle.
  9. Maintain awareness of cybersecurity tools and enterprise security devices.
  10. Leverage expertise in Microsoft, Linux, Active Directory, and SIEM tools like Splunk.
Qualifications:
  • Must be eligible for and maintain a DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Proficiency in relevant technologies and systems.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
  • Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of experience or equivalent certifications + 7 years, or 11 years of relevant experience.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Baseline Certification and relevant Computing Environment Certification.
  • Strong understanding of DoD IT Risk Management Framework, USCYBERCOM, and JFHQ-DoDIN.
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools like ESS/HBSS, ACAS, and reporting tools such as PowerBI is desirable.
Travel and Environment:

Occasional overnight travel may be required. Must possess an active passport for OCONUS travel. Work is primarily in an office environment, sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must comply with vaccination requirements for TDY/OCONUS assignments.
