Zusammenfassung

HOSOKAWA ALPINE Aktiengesellschaft in Augsburg sucht eine/n CNC-Drehmaschinenbediener/in (m/w/d) zur eigenständigen Programmierung, Einrichtung, dem Betrieb und der Überwachung zyklusgesteuerter Drehmaschinen anhand technischer Zeichnungen.

Sie fertigen hochpräzise Bauteile, führen Qualitätsprüfungen durch und optimieren Werkzeuge sowie Prozesse. Drei-Schicht-Betrieb, Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit werden erwartet.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im CNC-Bereich (Drehen) oder vergleichbar.
• Erfahrung im Drehen, idealerweise an konventionellen und/oder zyklusgesteuerten Drehmaschinen.
• Kenntnisse im Programmieren komplexer Wendeteile.
• Technisches Verständnis und Fähigkeit, Konstruktionszeichnungen sicher zu lesen.
• Bereitschaft zur drei Schichtarbeit.
• Eigenständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
• Teamplayer mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit.

Aufgaben

• Selbstständiges Programmieren, Rüsten, Bedienen und Überwachen zyklusgesteuerter Drehmaschinen.
• Herstellung hochpräziser Bauteile gemäß Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen.
• Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und messtechnischen Kontrollen.
• Auswahl, Abstimmung und Optimierung von Werkzeuge und Prozessen.
• Wartung und Instandhaltung der Maschinen.
• Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung in der CNC-Drehtechnik.

Your tasks:

• Independently program, set up, operate, and monitor cycle-controlled turning machines
• Produce high-precision components based on technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• Perform turning operations while ensuring compliance with quality requirements
• Select, adjust, and optimize cutting tools and oversee machining processes
• Conduct dimensional and quality inspections independently
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of machines and production equipment
• Potential for future specialization and professional development in CNC turning technology

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a CNC Machinist (Turning Technology) or a comparable technical qualification
• Proven experience in turning operations, ideally on conventional and/or cycle-controlled lathes
• Experience in programming complex turned components
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Willingness to work in a three-shift operation
• Independent, meticulous, and quality-oriented working style
• Team player with a high level of reliability and commitment
