Job summary

SycoTec GmbH in Leutkirch im Allgäu sucht eine/n CNC-Dren/Fräswerkzeugführer (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf individuelle Produktion und Maschinenbau. Sie fertigen Einzelteile, Prototypen und Kleinstserien, programmieren, spannen und bedienen CNC-Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen (DMG, INDEX, WEILER) und prüfen Bauteile nach Zeichnungen.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker oder Industriemechaniker mit.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker/in oder Industriemechaniker/in.
• Berufserfahrung mit CNC-Bearbeitungsmaschinen vorteilhaft.
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
• Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Qualitätsbewusstsein.

Responsibilities

• Herstellung von Einzelteilen, Prototypen und Kleinstserien.
• Programmieren, Rüsten und Bedienen von CNC-Dreh-/Fräsmaschinen.
• Prüfen und Messen der gefertigten Bauteile nach Zeichnungen.
• Montieren und Anpassen von Geräten und Werkzeugen nach Zeichnungen.

We are looking for

CNC lathe operator / cutting machine operator / industrial mechanic (m/f/d) – focus on individual production & production equipment construction

Your task

• Production of individual parts, devices, prototypes and small series
• Programming, setting up and operating CNC lathes/milling machines and conventional lathes (DMG, Index and Weiler)
• Measuring and checking manufactured components according to drawings
• Assembling and adapting devices and tools according to drawings or functional descriptions

Your qualification

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator or industrial mechanic
• Experience in working with CNC processing machines is an advantage
• Independent and reliable way of working
• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and a high level of quality awareness
