Hosokawa Alpine sucht Sie als CNC-Fertigungstechniker/in (m/w/d) am Standort Augsburg. Sie fertigen hochwertige Einzelteile für Sondermaschinen und bedienen moderne CNC-Bearbeitungszentren zum Fräsen und Drehen.

Sie arbeiten eng mit dem NC-Programmierungsteam zusammen, führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und optimieren laufend Prozesse. Wir bieten faire Konditionen, betriebliche Altersvorsorge, eine campusorientierte Weiterbildung sowie gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in CNC-Fräsen und/oder CNC-Drehen, idealerweise in der Fertigung komplexer Einzelteile.
• Kenntnisse der Siemens 840D Steuerung von Vorteil.
• Bereitschaft zur 3-Schicht-Arbeit.
• Präzise, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
• Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Produktion von Einzelteilen für Sondermaschinen.
• Bedienen moderner CNC-Bearbeitungszentren für Fräsen und Drehen.
• Selbstständiges Rüsten/Herstellen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem NC-Programmierungsteam.
• Eigenständige Qualitätskontrollen und Einhaltung der höchsten Fertigungsstandards.
• Optimierung und Überwachung von Fertigungsprozessen.

Your tasks:

• Production of individual machine components for special-purpose machinery
• Operating modern CNC machining centers for milling and turning
• Independently running in parts in collaboration with the NC programming team
• Conducting independent quality control and ensuring the highest manufacturing standards
• Optimizing and monitoring manufacturing processes during production

Your profile:

• Completed training as a machining technician (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in CNC milling and/or CNC turning, ideally in the production of complex individual parts
• Knowledge of the Siemens 840D control system is desirable
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Precise, reliable, and independent work style
• Fluency in spoken and written German
