Job description

Tasks

1. Create, modify and optimize CNC programs for machine control
2. Conduct machine room simulations to ensure process reliability
3. Prepare and archive setup and clamping plans as well as measurement protocols
4. Implement process improvements in milling operations and machine technology
5. Design 3D models in coordination with engineering
6. Provide support for product development projects

Requirements

• Completed training as a lathe operator, milling cutter, cutting machine operator or comparable qualification with many years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge of CATIA V5 and zamiz
• Confident handling of ERP systems in production (e.g., BARL, BTEI, ARLG)
• Several years of experience with Siemens Sinumerik 840D; experience with Heidenhain control desirable
• Very good product and process knowledge in CNC manufacturing
• Business fluent German (min. C1) and advanced English skills (min. B2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
