Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Import & Export Customs.
• Extensive experience in project management methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP GTS.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Supply Chain Excellence team you promote a digitalization and AI-driven culture in the department and sustain awareness about quality and efficiency impact of AI and automation to ensure the successful development and maintenance of high-quality digital and AI products.

• In this role you lead the coordination for Customs Services in the EMEA region, focusing on Import and Export, Preferential Management, and Classification within the S4 / HANA upgrade project, ensuring accurate translation into system configurations.
• You collaborate with global customs Functional Experts and stakeholders to align requirements and validate business needs for the S4 / HANA implementation.
• Furthermore, you participate in and lead design sessions with regional and global project teams to execute a comprehensive implementation plan for Customs.
• You analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize them within the new system.
• In addition, you coordinate testing and implementation, creating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• You lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users during the transition to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement of business processes and system functionality.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• degree in Supply Chain Management or Customs
• at least 5 years of professional experience in Import & Export Customs, preferably also in preferential management area
• extensive experience in project management methodologies
• in depth knowledge of SAP GTS
• strong communication skills in both German and English
• goal-oriented and structured way of working
