Qualifikationen

• Formation commerciale réussie en tant qu'agent de transit ou formation comparable.
• Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du transit avec accent sur le dédouanement.
• Connaissances préalables en ATLAS.

Aufgaben

Job Description:

The following tasks await you as a Customs Agent / Customs Broker (m/f/d) in our team:

• Customs clearance of import and export shipments in ATLAS
• Creation of shipping documents using the NCTS procedure
• Monitoring processes and ensuring quality improvement
• Taking over communication and organization with interface areas (sales, warehouse, service providers)
• First point of contact for our key accounts and customs as well as daily correspondence
• Creation and evaluation of shipment statistics and preparation of monthly customer-specific reports

Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a forwarding agent or comparable training/further training
• First professional experience in the forwarding sector with a focus on customs clearance
• Previous knowledge of ATLAS
• Strong service and customer orientation, with good communication and cooperation skills
• Willingness to work weekends and shifts is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, in a structured and team-oriented manner
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
