What You Will Be Doing :
- Handling incoming phone calls, messages, and emails from customers.
- Providing information and assistance on products including vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, hair care tools, and more.
- Troubleshooting technical issues and offering solutions to customer inquiries.
- Processing warranty claims, repairs, and replacements.
- Offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Job Requirements :
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred.
