What we are looking for
We are looking for a highly communicative and dedicated Customer Support Specialist (f/m/d) part-time for 18-20 hours per week for one year, with the possibility of extension.
What you bring to the table
Completed vocational training and initial work experience in customer service
A talent for communication, finding the right words in every situation, and acting with empathy, patience, and friendliness
Ability to translate a customer’s issue into tech language
An affinity for databases, complex system landscapes, and mobile applications
Ability to work independently on new topics and enjoy sharing knowledge in a team
Team player with high social skills, reliable to colleagues
Fluency in both English and German
Flexibility to work on support emails during limited weekends and public holidays by arrangement
Basic Yoga knowledge in theory and practice
Based in Germany, with the ability to come to the Hamburg office for regular team days
You will
Answer English-language customer inquiries in our customer support tool (Zendesk) thoroughly and appropriately
Be responsible for our English FAQs
Support team members in answering German-language customer inquiries in Zendesk
Help ensure that our customers are happy with our product, working closely with the support team and developers to identify and solve technical errors
Evaluate statistics, report current developments, and obtain commitment to implement your suggestions for improvement
What you get
Our Customer Support team works Mondays through Fridays and the occasional weekend emergency service hours. You can pick your days in general, but Fridays are mandatory work days. We are a small, friendly, and supportive team working in a hybrid model, both remote and at the Hamburg office.
