LOGEX International Healthcare Analytics B.V. is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their remote team in Germany. This role involves ensuring a smooth customer experience, managing support tickets, and proactively improving service using data-driven methods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare support, excellent relationship-building skills, and fluency in both German and English.
At LOGEX, we help healthcare organisations make data-driven decisions that lead to better patient outcomes and smarter hospital operations. We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team in Germany. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth, professional, and solution-oriented experience with our digital products.
Your role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the go-to person when our healthcare clients need support. You’ll manage and route support tickets via Salesforce Cloud, upload raw data, and ensure that every issue is handled by the right expert. You will also proactively look for solutions and improvements to enhance the customer experience.
What you’ll do
Be the first line of support for healthcare customers using our digital tools
Organise and manage incoming support requests
Ensure tickets are assigned to the right internal experts
Upload and validate raw data files as part of the support workflow
Proactively investigate and resolve customer issues
Support onboarding and implementation of digital product applications
Contribute to customer success initiatives and ongoing support
Prepare and lead customer workshops
Support the development of new digital tools and functionalities
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing in daily activities
What you bring
3–6 years of experience in healthcare, ideally supporting digital solutions
A university degree in e.g., Business Administration, Health Economics, Public Health, Computer Science – or equivalent practical experience
Strong understanding of clinical workflows; experience in operating rooms is a plus
An existing network in the healthcare sector (e.g. hospitals, medical tech, HIS providers)
Ability to build long-term relationships and strategic partnerships
Solid IT user skills and comfort working with digital platforms
Fluent German and English (spoken and written) are required
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
