Lisbon, Portugal - Full-Time On-site

Are you ready to utilize your German at C2 level and English at B2 level while enjoying the sunny vibes of Lisbon? We are seeking motivated and solution-driven Customer Service Specialists to join a dynamic e-commerce support team in this vibrant city.

Your responsibilities include:

• Providing excellent customer support in German via phone, chat, and email
• Handling inquiries professionally and empathetically
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with your expertise

Your schedule:

• Monday to Sunday
• 07:00 - 23:00 (rotating shifts for variety)
• Two rotating days off per week
• Potential for 24/7 shifts in the future
