Lone Wolf is seeking a remote Customer Support Specialist to assist customers via email for our Back Office product, with phone and chat as secondary channels.

You will log all interactions in the ticketing system, manage your own workload, and prioritize cases to deliver an exceptional customer experience from anywhere in Canada.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support.
• Experience with Back Office products is a plus.
• Accounting knowledge is ideal.
