Jobbeschreibung

The Supplier Support Associate will support the Supplier Support team in obtaining declarations and other important information from nonresponsive suppliers in our clients' supply chains.

  1. Communicate with suppliers through a multi-channel approach, including emails, phone calls, and conference calls, to gather compliance information, assist with compliance requests, and confirm the quality of the documents provided;
  2. Work directly with top-tier suppliers to help them respond to their compliance requests;
  3. Handle inbound calls from suppliers to troubleshoot and navigate their compliance requests, providing a positive experience;
  4. Engage with unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls, supplier education, and webinar invites;
  5. Language support (English, Italian, and Portuguese) may be required, including internal translations, hosting webinars, and joining prospect calls with the Sales team;
  6. Work closely with the Program Success team to strategize on approaches for new customers, client campaigns, and supplier issues.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and Italian;
  • Related work experience (e.g., administration, reporting, research & data, supplier/customer support, call centers);
  • Solid ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple priorities;
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications, leveraging all functions proactively;
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to adhere to deadlines.
