The GLOBALG.A.P. brand is owned and operated by FoodPLUS GmbH, a limited liability company registered in Cologne, Germany. FoodPLUS GmbH manages the GLOBALG.A.P. portfolio of smart farm assurance solutions, overseeing standard setting, certification management, integrity, and marketing. It also holds the international copyrights for the GLOBALG.A.P. brand and the GGN consumer label, which represent certified, responsible farming and transparency.

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent (m/f/d) in full-time (39h/week) to start immediately.

What we are looking for:

• Degree or completed vocational training in business, communication, or an equivalent field
• 1-2 years of practical experience in a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly supportive attitude within a team
• Proficiency in English (C1 level); additional languages are beneficial

What you will do:

• Manage customer requests efficiently through a ticketing system and over the phone
• Provide expert answers and technical support regarding our software and products, highlighting the value of our portfolio
• Conduct virtual and face-to-face training sessions on our database and software solutions
• Contribute to FAQ documentation to facilitate internal knowledge sharing
• Maintain daily records, including logging and documenting issues in our systems
• Channel customer feedback to relevant departments (IT, Sales, etc.)
