As part of our support team, you’ll help us bring our mission to life: inspiring people to live healthier, happier lives with clear communication, empathy and a love for helping others.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role or available on a freelance basis.

Your contribution within the team

  • Handle support tickets via Zendesk (mostly using templates)
  • Communicate clearly and kindly, even for recurring topics
  • Escalate more complex requests to the right teammates
  • Share insights and ideas to improve the customer experience

Language & Empathy

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Excellent German (C1 or above; native preferred)
  • Italian is a plus, Spanish is a bonus

Experience & Skills

  • First experience in customer support (e.g., internships or student jobs)
  • Comfortable with digital tools and online platforms
  • Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
