Hello, I am Jigar, Customer Success Lead for Agencies at Kayzen. I am looking for a Customer Success Team Lead - Agencies to join our team.

In this role, you will take full ownership of high-impact client relationships, drive measurable account and revenue growth, and act as a strategic advisor to our agency partners. You'll play a key role in advancing client success, strengthening long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to the company's growth. Additionally, you'll lead a small team of customer success managers, helping them grow into future leaders.

The Team: The Customer Success Management team acts as a crucial link between our customers and our product & service offerings. They understand and address customer needs, develop account strategies focused on growth and success, and execute these strategies in collaboration with internal teams. To succeed, you need:

  • Proven ability to grow and retain accounts
  • Mastery of Kayzen DSP for strategic client success
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Deep expertise in campaign strategy and mobile performance marketing

Responsibilities: We seek a proactive Customer Success Team Lead to own customer relationships, provide proactive consultations, and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.

  • Customer Success & Relationship Management:
  • Develop deep understanding of clients' business and goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic DSP consultation from onboarding to scaling
  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at agency partners
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with insights, growth plans, and product updates
  • Maintain detailed documentation in Hubspot
  • Account Growth & Campaign Excellence:
  • Own success and revenue growth of managed accounts
  • Lead campaign strategies, analyze data, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Provide progress reports and drive revenue targets
  • Product Feedback & Collaboration:
  • Identify product gaps and propose solutions
  • Work with Product and Trading teams to ensure success and feature rollout
  • Share client feedback and market insights internally
  • Team Leadership and Growth:
  • Manage and develop the customer success team
  • Align team goals with company objectives and lead by example

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client services in ad tech or martech with some management experience
  • Proven experience in revenue growth and stakeholder management
  • Leadership skills and a clear development approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solid understanding of mobile programmatic ecosystem
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and curious
  • Experience with DSPs and platforms like Hubspot, Looker is a plus
