Job Description:

An Account Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and success with the company's logistics services. This involves customer service, account management, and logistics operations to maintain high client retention. The specialist acts as a bridge between clients and operations, ensuring smooth communication and problem-solving. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to serve our clients effectively.

How you will achieve success in this role:
  1. Client Onboarding and Training: Schedule, train, and lead initial meetings with new clients to understand their logistics needs and goals.
  2. Relationship Management: Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, discuss needs, and address concerns.
  3. Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for client issues, diagnosing problems quickly and accurately.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, order accuracy, and inventory levels.
  5. Contract and SLA Management: Ensure all client contracts and SLAs are current and reflect service expectations.
What experiences will help you in this role:
  • 2+ years in customer success, account management, or logistics customer-facing operations.
  • Experience in 3PL, E-commerce, Fulfillment, or Retail industries is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Exposure to global customers and international markets is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
