Your Qualifications

Education

  • Completed commercial vocational training, ideally in wholesale and foreign trade

Experience

  • At least two years of professional experience in warehouse management and customer service
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

Professional Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of ERP/merchandise management systems, e.g., SAP
  • Strong commercial understanding with a high service level

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills and solution-oriented problem solving
  • Structured, self-initiated thinking and working style
  • Hands-on mentality with proactive, customer-focused commitment
  • Open demeanor and good teamwork skills
  • Planning, management, and control skills

Your Tasks

Operational

  • Customer and service-oriented support for order acceptance and processing
  • Providing successful, customer-oriented advice (offline/online, telephone)
  • Managing and ensuring smooth support for our customers (resellers, food retailers, retail agencies, Amazon, end customers)
  • Coordinating with logistics on product availability
  • Interface management with Sales, Logistics, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain departments
  • Handling complaints in cooperation with logistics
  • Preparing customs and export documents accurately
