About this opportunity

As a Customer Success Representative, you will focus on building long-term relationships with doctors and dental practices. You will provide world-class customer care and effectively educate customers in each interaction, acting on the root of the problem to provide effective and efficient support for customer inquiries. Your responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via phone, email, or other communication channels.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer by offering ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business and customer experience.
  • Being a trusted advisor to internal and external customers on operational topics.
  • Monitoring trends in customer requests and issues.
  • Working closely with the commercial organization to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth process execution.
  • Providing input to the Customer Success Manager/Supervisor regarding training needs and quality development, and assisting with training development and presentation.
  • Documenting all customer interactions in the company's database following defined parameters.
  • Contributing ideas to improve productivity and customer satisfaction, and participating in related activities and projects.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Native-level German and good English language skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good teamwork skills, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, result-oriented.
