In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers' landlords. The LLRC communicates with landlords via phone and email, resolving various issues such as changes of bank details, ownership transfers, cancellations, and more.

Your daily responsibilities...

• Communicate with landlords via telephone and email, including inbound and outbound calls, and send or review emails.
• Prepare for calls by reviewing and researching existing or new leases using the company's database, internet, and other sources.
• Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Adhere to established processes.
• Enter data accurately into the company's database and software systems, including Excel, Word, etc.
• Coordinate with the Lease Processing team to ensure contract documents are issued correctly.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Attend client meetings occasionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements...
