We are recruiting for a German-speaking Landlord Relations Consultant (m/w/d) [Customer Service] to help make a difference in the world.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our customers' landlords. The LLRC communicates with landlords via phone and email, resolving issues such as change of bank details, ownership changes, cancellations, etc.

Your daily tasks...

• Communicate with landlords via telephone and email: inbound and outbound calls, contacting landlords, and reviewing emails.
• Prepare for calls by reviewing and researching leases using company databases, the internet, and other sources.
• Find solutions to problems and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Follow processes diligently.
• Perform data entry and monitor processes, including entering data into company systems and software like Excel, Word, etc.
• Coordinate with the Lease Processing team to ensure correct issuance of contract documents.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Attend client meetings occasionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements...

• Native-level fluency in German (C2 or higher)
• Experience in a customer-facing role (retail, customer service, hospitality, etc.)
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word
